MISSION, EXPERIENCE

 I have been counseling adolescents and adults since 1974. I then received my PhD in 1989 in Rehabilitation Psychology from University of Pittsburgh. 

Since receiving my Doctorate I have worked in my own private practice as well as in various mental health agencies. My passion has always been guiding teens 

& adults through difficult times in life and times of growth and change.

 I am originally a New Yorker, now loving living in California since 1989. 

In terms of my personal interests, you can find me at Soul Cycle Spin, bike riding on the trails, dancing, acting and learning ukulele. 

I cherish my family and friends and love laughter and making others happy.  People see me as a person who is easy to talk to, a good listener, and yet a pragmatic person in guiding others in need
